Our ordering process is simple and secure. Select your favorite wood layered art pieces, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can write a customization or preference in the box at checkout. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to message us.

Shipping Information

We offer reliable shipping services to ensure your wood art pieces reach you safely and promptly. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your items.

Processing

We hand make every item to order to accommodate customer preferences. From time of order, it takes 7-10 business days to complete. If you are under a deadline, please let us know and we may be able to accommodate a quicker timeline.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges Policy (7 Days from Delivery)

Overview: Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a return or exchange option within 7 days of delivery. Please read our return and exchange policy below for detailed instructions.

We want you to get the item you are envisioning, so please reach out with any questions/requests for mockups etc. if you are on the fence.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.

  • Please keep the original packaging for a smooth return process.

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom-made items.

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at light.house.laser.art@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • We will provide you with a return label free of charge and instructions on how to send back the product(s).

3. Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, we can process an exchange for a different size, color, or product (subject to availability).

  • Please follow the return process outlined above and mention the exchange details when contacting customer service.

  • If the new item has a higher value, we will issue an invoice for the price difference. If the new item has a lower value, we will process a refund for the difference.

4. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable or Non-Exchangeable Items: The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products that do not meet the original condition criteria.

  • Gift cards or any items marked as final sale.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photos of the damage or defect.

  • We will offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange for defective items at no additional cost to you.
